Jared Flesher is an award-winning reporter, photojournalist, and documentary filmmaker. He has directed three feature documentaries that have screened at film festivals around the world: The Farmer and the Horse, Sourlands, and Field Biologist. He is also the creator of the webseries The Creature Show.

Jared's articles have been published by The New York Times Online, The Wall Street Journal Online, The Christian Science Monitor,, The Huffington Post, the Columbia Journalism Review, New Jersey Monthly magazine and numerous other publications.

For fun, Jared enjoys growing food in his home garden, jogging with his dog, exploring forests, and making movies.


Christian Schuller is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and published photographer. His short documentary, "Growtown Motown", is about the Early Street Community Garden in Morristown, NJ.  He was also a co-producer of "Sourlands," with director Jared Flesher.

When he’s not running around the woods with The Creature Show, Christian designs logos, takes photos for Edible Jersey magazine, and creative directs for Bike and Walk Morristown.

Emma Turner is a young artist and woods enthusiast. A recent graduate of Tufts University, where she majored in English and minored in studio art and film, Emma loves using her hands and creating. From murals on silos at Duke Farms to ceramics to poetry to farming sweet potatoes from the soil. When not busy making things, Emma enjoys playing in the mud and freestyle walking.
